Aging changes of the neck

Aagging skin and folds, wrinkles and color changesare often the first thing people notice. It can be quite troubling. Our Maryland necklift specialists often perform this procedure in combination with liposuction of the neck. A platysmaplasty refers to the tightening and suspension of the muscles of the neck. This helps lessen the "bands" often seen under the jawline, and also assists with the creation of a well defined jaw neck line, or cervicomental angle.
